From local Macon legends the Barraud family, this Saint Véran has a softer ‘mouthfeel’ and more complex flavours than most other Macon wines. Great balance of acidity, citrus fruits, peaches, gentle oakiness and light floral undertones, all the result of meticulous winemaking from top quality fruit off 35 year old vines. Superb either as an aperitif or with roast chicken.
