CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE CLOS DES PAPES BLANC 2015

The Avril family has been making Châteauneuf du Pape since the 17th century. The secret to their extremely high quality wine is meticulous attention to detail at every step of the wine making process and low yields. This white is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Picpoul, all vinified without wood. An impressive 17 pts from Jancis Robinson.
