FINCHER&CO 'SHOW OF HANDS' PINOT NOIR 2018

Winemakers Ben Glover & Liam Steevenson MW collaborate to make the FIncher & Co range of wines including this Pinot Noir from Central Otago. Otage Pinots used to be quite heavy – this is a new lighter style with aromas of rose petals, ripe cherries and cedar. On the palate, layers of red fruits, thyme and chalky earthiness with firm tannins adding texture. The wine is blended through a collective decision, the final blend being decided by a ‘show of hands’.
